Each principle has a defined set of behaviors which help guide the 7-Eleven team to Serve Customers and Support Stores.


  • Support the emerging brands team to successfully launch new SKUs, expand to new markets/zones, and work directly with the brands to improve sales and profits in the 7-Eleven system.

  • Support existing emerging brands (portfolio companies and brands in test) in their mechandising and operation needs to improve sales and velocities in the 7-Eleven system.

  • Apply learnings to the rest of their business (review customized weekly GAP reports, build promo/sales plans, build expansion plans, etc).

  • Execute emerging brands playbook for new portfolio companies.

  • Work with field teams to launch products in stores, track performance and help define expansion plans.

  • Work with BD portfolio management team and learn to analyze customized reports and dashboards to build action oriented plans with emerging brands to drive improved take rates and velocities.

  • Support the broader BD team with ad hoc needs such as Next Up planning, preparations for trade shows, portfolio company visits to SSC, etc.


  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

  • Experience: 1-3 years, Merchandising, Operations, Merchandising Analysis.

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to influence team members to accomplish a common goal.
