Each principle has a defined set of behaviors which help guide the 7-Eleven team to Serve Customers and Support Stores.
Support the emerging brands team to successfully launch new SKUs, expand to new markets/zones, and work directly with the brands to improve sales and profits in the 7-Eleven system.
Support existing emerging brands (portfolio companies and brands in test) in their mechandising and operation needs to improve sales and velocities in the 7-Eleven system.
Apply learnings to the rest of their business (review customized weekly GAP reports, build promo/sales plans, build expansion plans, etc).
Execute emerging brands playbook for new portfolio companies.
Work with field teams to launch products in stores, track performance and help define expansion plans.
Work with BD portfolio management team and learn to analyze customized reports and dashboards to build action oriented plans with emerging brands to drive improved take rates and velocities.
Support the broader BD team with ad hoc needs such as Next Up planning, preparations for trade shows, portfolio company visits to SSC, etc.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Experience: 1-3 years, Merchandising, Operations, Merchandising Analysis.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to influence team members to accomplish a common goal.
