Enhance Contract Administration Chargeback business processes through advance expertise and analytics, providing functional leaders with accurate, timely, actionable data trends and financial risk. Handle questions from leadership, Accounting, Sales reps, Suppliers, and Category Management for chargeback related concerns. Responsible for monthly reserve recommendations, issue resolution, processing supplier adjustments, and communicating processing strategy and/or impact analysis to leadership.
Reconcile daily chargeback denials for Pharma source McKesson Medical-Surgical.
Partner closely with chargeback analyst lead, account managers, suppliers, Group Purchasing Organizations, Sales Administration and project management team to support assigned work.
Perform root cause issue resolutions to major impacting issues identified from chargeback reconciliation process
Advocate on behalf of the customer and the company to mitigate financial risk to ensure contract information is corrected in a timely manner to prevent future chargeback discrepancies.
Represent chargeback process in conference calls and meetings
Identify trends and provide information to encourage supplier behavior changes
Engage with suppliers to resolve continuous chargeback discrepancies to reduce rework and write offs
Some project work as needed
Cross training chargeback applications
Summarize chargeback processing strategy to include financial impacts and potential exposure.
Participate in chargeback process improvement initiatives
Entry level professional
Customer service oriented and financial analysis experience required with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with suppliers/business partners.
3 years of financial analysis or financial operation experience (i.e. Accounts Payable, Customer Rebates) within a medium to large company;
Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, data manipulation, if statements, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Strong relationship building/customer service experience (Internal & External)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
