_Clinical Director of the Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist Program_ _Medical City Healthcare Division_

The Clinical Director of the Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist (CRS) Program for HCA Rehabilitation Services is responsible for developing Clinical Rehabilitation Specialists in their respective assigned markets. The director also ensures that the CRS team is adequately staffed and trained to assist the medical director with the identification of inpatient rehabilitation patients appropriate for the program. They also help the CRS staff achieve the business goals for the program, and helping them to execute on the overall business strategy.

• In conjunction with the Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Rehabilitation Services, develops strategic direction and department structure for assigned markets. • Leads a team of high performing clinical rehabilitation specialists, evaluates and coaches the team. • Sets goals for CRS personnel and assists the CRS’s with the attainment of those goals. • Maintains appropriate reach, frequency and focus with assigned markets to assure execution of growth strategies • Focuses on acute therapy departments in HCA and non HCA hospitals to assist with documentation and patient identification training. • Assists the Corporate Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Rehabilitation Services in projects, strategic planning and development of new or updated processes for the effective utilization and goal attainment of the CRS program.

EDUCATION- One of the following clinical educations required: • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university- Required • Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university-Required. • Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university- Required • Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration-Preferred

EXPERIENCE- One of the following clinical experiences required: • 2 years of clinical and/or leadership experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting -Required • Seasoned consultative or service-oriented sales experience-Preferred • Knowledge of HCA healthcare markets-Preferred

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE –One of the following clinical licensures required: • Registered nurse • Physical Therapist • Occupational Therapist
