▶About This Opportunity
Manages day to day business and relationships with third party delivery partners for 7NOW.
Manages current third party delivery partners to ensure seamless day to day operations.
Identifies performance opportunities and works withpartners to develop improved solution.
Works with delivery partners to expand coverage based on 7NOW expansion plans.
Reponsible for analyzing andmanagimg the escalation of customer complaints (as needed).
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the last mile deliveryprocess.
Monitors the quality of delivery orders to ensure standards are being maintained by the drivers.
Provides details and insights on keymetrics such as cost of delivery to support overall financial modeling.
Partner with product and tech teams to execute ongoing externaldelivery process to customers through the app.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in either of the following: CPG, Account or Catagory managment.
Building Business Development/Partnerships.
Ability to show strong problem solving, independent judgement, negotiation skills.
Ability to turn insights into useable data to drive business results.
Experience with building 3rd party relationship.
Must be able to cold call new potential companies to build business relationships.
Excellent communication skills.
