The Workforce Insights Team provides data solutions and analytic consulting to drive evidence-based talent decisions and enable Human Resources (HR) to be strategic partners to the business.

The Workforce Insights Consultant is responsible for creating impactful data solutions to enable improved decision-making around talent issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create talent management related reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

  • Improve existing methods/processes for data management and reporting

  • Present talent management insights, findings, and recommendations to clients across business areas

  • Act as a consultant to the HR department, equipping our HR professionals with the data they need to address critical talent questions

  • Coach and consult with HR stakeholders on how to form hypotheses, derive insights from data, and synthesize conclusions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology/Social Sciences, Sociology, Information Technology, or other field with a focus on research and analysis preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results to various audiences

  • Proficient knowledge of data management and report building software (R, Excel)

  • Intermediate level consulting skills and experience; possesses the ability to establish and leverage relationships with internal and external partners and influence outcomes

  • Familiarity with HR subject matter, processes, and data related to areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement preferred

  • Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to objectively review a problem and suggest multiple alternative solutions

  • Possess the ability to learn and use technology tools quickly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
