▶ About This Opportunity

The Merchandising Coordinator will be customer-obsessed and have a passion for doing what's right for customers, franchisees and store teams. They will execute a coordinated and continuous, agile, cross-functional process to ensure ongoing delivery of all information regarding Merchandising, Franchise, Operation and Consumer insights regarding Food and beverage platforms. This process will include working closely with internal and external resources to understand and adapt product platforms by area


The Merchandising Coordinator will build and execute a coordinated and continuous process for analyzing insights, creating recommendations, and coordinating current and future product assortment and programs for Innovation Implementation to deploy and scale. This process will include a proactive engagement and partnership with the Customer Experience, Merchandising, Franchisees and Operations Teams to gain, analyze and create actionable recommendations through available customer insights. Working closely with other initial SEI departments to create geographical CSA, action items to include DMA/Market-specific product assortment and/or platform selections.


Education and Experience

Education: Bachelors/4 year degree

Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years

Years of Management Experience: N/A

Specific Knowledge and Skills

Consumer Insight experience – Consumer Product or Retail background in Operations and Merchandising

  • Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from variety of data sources

  • High attention to detail; strong executive presence

  • Ability to successfully partner/coordinate cross-functionally in SSC and Field environment

  • Ability to synthesize data and draw clear and concise recommendations

  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
