7-Eleven Merchandising Support Sr. Analyst in Irving, Texas
Lead and facilitate communications with other funcational leaders around key projects within Merch/Ops Services. Provideinsights/persective from Merchandising and Operations.
Provide reporting, verification, & analytical insights that in turn improve sales and profitability. Reflect the acknowledgements from theanalysis to the weekly Merch/OPS EC update and provide EC members useful information upon making decisions. Collect information anddata through desktop analysis of internal data and external statistics / surveys and convert the data into a format which will potentially beshared throughout the organization. Design solutions for the stores regarding in-store verification through customer and sales associatesÆinterview or behaviour observation Support transfering ideas/knowledge that are developed within the Merch/OPS department to otherrelated departments. This will include participation of meetings as requested by the manager, and presenting thoughts on behalf of themanager to create consensus with other departments. Provide regular updates to Merch/Ops EVP about not only SEI's business, but alsoabout macro economy and U.S. business environment in general.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 5+ years, Business Analysis and/or Business Consulting. Expert knowledge of Excel andother data management/analysis technologies. Excel 2013 knowledge preferred. Ability to communicate/translate complicated data analysisinsights into actions. Should consistently deliver quality outputs in a high paced and dynamic environment, with an ability to work to tightdeadlines. Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence in a clear concise manner, including technical documentation whenneeded..
