Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Outbound Product Manager, B2B Commerce
Oracle NetSuite is seeking an Outbound Product Manager B2B Commerce to continue the evolution of our Commerce offerings. You will join our growing, international team as a B2B commerce subject matter expert, keeping your finger on the pulse of the market and acting as the voice of Oracle NetSuite commerce to internal sales, marketing, professional services teams, partners, and customers. You will be collaborating with the broader Commerce and ERP teams to help drive research and go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities:
Market intelligencebe the expert on B2B commerce buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and regularly provide these market insights and learnings to the product management, sales, and marketing teams
Competition - understand the competitive B2B commerce landscape. Know the competition, how they are positioned and how we compete
Roadmap - serve as the subject matter expert on market trends, buyers and the competition in the roadmap planning team
Product messaging & positioning - create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates NetSuite B2B Commerce in the market. Ensure all communications, from PR to the website to sales conversations, are consistent and aligned with current product messaging
Product launches - plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional execution of the plans
Thought leadership - act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements, events and written works
Sales enablement - understand and support the sales channels by communicating the value proposition of the products and train them on the problems they solve for the buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
Demand generation - collaborate with marketing to provide content that fuels awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation
Demo strategy - drive the strategy and continuous update of demos with the Demo Excellence and SuiteSuccess teams
Marketing support - work closely with Product Marketing as the product expert on messaging, go-to-market planning and sales collateral content
Vertical alignment - align with the SuiteSuccess team to synchronize vertical go-to-market plans with the Commerce target market and roadmap
Partner support - collaborate with the partner community to create content and webinar opportunity's that drive adoption and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of software Product Management/Marketing experience
Prior experience with eCommerce, specifically B2B eCommerce is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, fast-paced environment; collaborating with groups of subject matter experts (SME s) from multiple disciplines and locations
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
Used to interacting with remote teams across different time zones
College degree preferred; MBA is a plus
