WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Maintain a flexible work schedule, and you must be able to work all shifts at multiple facilities. * Cross train in Medicaid Eligibility and perform duties accordingly. * Travel as required for contract support in both financial counseling and Medicaid Eligibility. * Demonstrate consistent productivity in meeting collection goals. * Have the ability to perform administrative duties as assigned by area manager(s), including reports, emails, and phone calls. * Responsible for training new/current employees as needed. * Have an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and the clinic/corporation. * Have other duties assigned ABOUT US Parallon believes that organizations that continuously learn and improve will thrive. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION NEEDED: * Hospital/medical business office experience with insurance procedures and patient interaction. Strong familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. * College degree preferred or high school diploma (equivalent). * Demonstrate communication, problem solving and case management skills and the ability to act/decide accordingly. Ability to collect, synthesize and research complex or diverse information. Exceptional customer service and the ability to plan organize and exercise sound judgment.
