Verizon Senior Analytics Testing Manager in Irving, Texas

What you’ll be doing...

Your role is to design, develop, execute testing procedures and verify processes through the implementation of new customer relationship management platform tools. Using your technical expertise and marketing domain knowledge, you will help guide your clients and our IT development & Architecture teams through new tool implementation and feedback. You will play a key role in providing quality assurance and risk management views for software launch plans.

  • Partner with IT, business team to understand systems functional requirements.

  • Plan efforts determining scope and impact of new requirements.

  • Test management & execution oversight (coordination, communications, collaboration, workload management, scheduling, and gatekeeping).

  • Test plan design and test case development & related scheduling/timing assessments.

  • Understanding systems data & relationship to design simulation.

  • Defect management & prioritization.

  • Aptitude for synthesizing information and conveying complicated information clearly.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience managing testing software.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's in Business Administration degree.

  • Marketing experience.

  • 3+ years of PEGA software experience or any rules based decisioning tool.

  • Experience managing testing software, via Integration, black box, white box & A/B models.

  • Data analytics experience.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with different teams.

  • ISTQB and/or TMaP Certification.
