As a manager in product marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development of company marketing specifications for specific product(s) or product line(s). Manage marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Monitor the development of business plans and business results of e-marketing. Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the market place. Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns. Act as a technical advisor for specific product(s). Initiate and foster relationships with development, sales, and other groups to develop new products or enhance functionality of existing product(s) or product line(s). Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. In-depth knowledge of the computer industry, database and development technology and markets. Extensive marketing analysis experience. BA/BS degree. MBA preferred.

Senior Director, Global SI Marketing
We are looking for an experienced leader to own the Global Strategic Alliances Team s marketing efforts with Oracle s managed Strategic System Integrators (SIs). The charter for this role will be to:
Own the marketing strategy,
Lead the team responsible for building and executing global strategic marketing programs,
Be responsible for identifying, measuring and delivering on marketing results (ROI campaign analysis and management).
The Global Strategic Alliances Team s mission is to proactively align Oracle s corporate strategy & our partners unique Initiatives to drive incremental revenue to Oracle & long term customer success. The Global SI Marketing lead and their group s mission will support their efforts by partnering closely with the Partner GAMs and business development teams to create and deliver scalable marketing programs and campaigns that showcase our top SI s joint initiative. This team will work directly with the SI s to create and execute joint integrated marketing campaigns that span across Thought Leadership (PR/AR), Digital (email, website, landing pages, webinars) Social Media (multi-platform) and Events (physical and virtual). Finally, this role will act as the primary marketing contact(s) for our strategic partnerships, including acting as an expert resource on process, guidelines and compliance.
Specific responsibilities include:
Engage and execute directly across multiple initiatives with SI executive marketing leaders to develop campaigns that identify specific strategic joint Oracle/SI solutions across integrated set of activities including Thought Leadership, Digital, Social Media and Events to further the business objectives of Oracle.
Manage and influence in a shared service model to design scalable programs and campaigns that are either executed globally, or delivered to regional marketing teams for local activation
Develop and execute best-in-class, modern partner marketing plans, with Collaboration across Oracle teams including with Industry, Product Marketing, Business Development, AR/PR, Global Field Marketing, and Sales organizations.
Manage partner marketing budgets and reporting.
15 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of five years in partner marketing.
Ideal candidate has intimate knowledge of technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in partner marketing, with a relentless focus on the success of our joint end customers.
Proven successes in developing and deploying repeatable, data-driven and fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple demand-generation channels to drive and create incremental revenue, accelerate deal velocity and customer success stories.
Global team builder that empowers diverse teams while ensuring transparency of campaign progress and metrics
Deep expertise in partner marketing, including engaging with senior level marketing executives at top partners.
Proven experience at a major tech company
Strong focus on showcasing ROI and developing business cases for investments
Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage content to suite specific and targeting programs, customers, and industries
