▶About the opportunity
Primary responsibilities include key market and organizational analysis of our Real Estate Portfolio to assist in the decision making process for investments. Assist with reporting and process building in support of development strategies
Analyzes trends and other relevant information to all designated market areas and facilitate decision making process of development strategy and key investment opportunities of Real Estate Portfolio.
Enhance quality of existing reports and tools leveraging available resources
Work with manager to develop tools to categorize and prioritize optimization and remodel investments
Assist with market evaluation and investment opportunities for operating, closed, leased, and subleased properties
Coach and train team members to be more effective and efficient with tools, reports, and resources
Education: Bachelors/ 4 Yr Degree with 2+ years experience business or finance related work
Requires advanced computer skills using spreadsheet software and familiarity with database applications
Requires ability to draft correspondence that accompanies requests for information in a clear and concise manner
Requires understanding of mathematical concepts necessary to make growth projections and net present value calculations
Must understand impact/use of multi-spreadsheet linking capabilities and ability to quickly learn systems for implementation/development
Analysis skills and the ability to solve problems independently is critical
