7-Eleven Sr. Director, Digital Wallet / Financial Services in Irving, Texas
Lead, develop, and define the 7-Eleven mobile payment strategy across various digital platforms. Directs the user experience team to support the goals of the department. Must identify and understand current and emerging customer behavior and web and mobile technology trends.
Partner with Senior Management across various business functions to develop effective and innovative digital payment solutions that allow our customers to make intuitive, secure, and seamless payments.
Develop and define the mobile payment strategy.
Establish the roadmap and lead the mobile payment team's execution by working closely with the User Experience team, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, IT and a range of strategic partners in a collaborative environment.
Will need to partner with external partners, such as, Google, Apple, etc.
Oversees the analysis and research dedicated to the mobile payment solution.
Consolidate industry trends and innovations into product offerings.
Identify, conceptualize and launch strategic relationships with 3rd party payment solutions.
Defines and develops actionable processes utilized by the mobile payment team to execute the overall digital strategy.
Provides leadership and recommendations necessary to accomplish business objectives.
Manage the evolution of payment capabilities.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Experience: 7, Product Management and Digital.
Wallet experience (e.g. MasterPass, Visa Checkout, Google Wallet, PayPal, Amazon and browser technologies).
At least 5 years Product Management or Development in the Digital industry or space.
At least 2 years leading product teams.
Interpersonal and communication skill that allow the candidate to interact with all levels within the organization.
