Client Service phone representatives are responsible for:
Offering world-class customer service by providing complete and accurate information to clients in a multi-task, high-pressure environment that requires attention to detail.
Assisting clients with inquiries about their accounts.
Demonstrating a cooperative and professional work attitude and displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00am – 7:00pm
High service aptitude
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Years of experience in a client focused service role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
