Job Description:

Document Administrator Role:

Primary responsibility is to prepare accurate legal documentation in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and to facilitate loan closings directly with the client and/or vendors, which includes routine to complex transactions. The role requires the individual to work with various vendors to perform due diligence (property appraisal, flood and hazard insurance, title, etc) to perfect the security interest in the various types of collateral pledged to the Bank by the borrower as security for a loan or line of credit.

Required Skills:

• Financial Acumen (preferably with business lending, legal and risk) • Strong Technical Skills – computer savvy, must be able to toggle across multiple systems. Must be able to use Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests – it’s a fast paced environment • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills – Interaction with Client Managers
