Manager Service Operations

Our Service Operations Manager will be responsible for the Management of staff responsible for timely and accurate Medicaid claim adjudication and claims team.

Position is open to Newark, DE, Phoenix, AZ and Jacksonville FL. No Telework opportunity

Fundamental Components/ Background Experience:

(*) 5+ years experience in managing high volume transaction processing, project delivery, production, problem analysis and inventory management.

(*) Healthcare experience preferred.

(*) Health Care Claim Processing experience preferred.

(*) Customer service experience.

(*) Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.

(*) Proven strong leadership skills managing large high performance teams.

(*) Experienced working with vendors and providers.

(*) Demonstrated negotiation skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Functional - Claims/Claim processing - Medical or Hospital- HMO/4-6 Years

Functional - Leadership/Lead a complex or multifunctional organization/1-3 Years

Functional - General Management/Multi-functional management: > 25 employees/1-3 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Aetna Applications/QNXT/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Word/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/TE Microsoft Excel/1-3 Years/End User
