Bank of America Senior Merrill Lynch Service Network Representative in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

The Merrill Lynch Service Network (MLSN) - Asset Transition Services (ATS)/Financial Data Service (FDS) Senior Operations Representative is critical to providing service and support to Branch Offices regarding asset transfers into and out of the firm. As well, providing support to Branch Offices regarding Mutual Funds, Money Markets and Banking Products, Unit Investment Trusts, and Order Entry support for 99 Markets.

The role is key in managing daily business objectives including service level management and service quality standards enabling and ensuring positive client experiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, providing training when necessary, handling escalated issues and providing personalized service.

Required Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Organizational and well-developed analytical skills

  • Professionalism

  • Bachelor’s Degree Highly Preferred

  • Industry Experience

  • Background in customer service

  • Complete 3-5 hours of Investing in You Training
