We are on the front-lines of industry innovation and our organization is looking for an Integrated Marketing Communications Professiona l to join the team.

In this hybrid Marketing-and-Communications functional role, you are responsible for developing and executing multiple omni-channel marketing campaigns and brand communications to boost brand awareness and product consideration. While no two days are alike, this role includes agency management, creative development, leading cross-functional teams, and collaboration with key internal and external partners.   • Develop and drive IBM’s technology story and thought leadership campaigns.

  • Partner with strategic and corporate communications extended teams to ensure message cohesion in support of IBM's corporate strategy.

  • Align with marketing to drive communications around integrated campaigns.

  • Participate in developing high quality content, and demonstrate authority of complex technologies, products, and market challenges.

  • Develop creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct creative development.

  • Manage day-to-day development and coordination of project plans with cross-functional teams and agency partners alike.

  • Understand the ecosystem of stakeholders and actively foster relationships with all, anticipating needs and at times navigating divergent styles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Student or Fresh graduate In Communication will be preferred

  • Able to manage complexity

  • Having Knowledge in Graphic design

  • Eager to learn
