B2C RTM/ICE Implementation Manager

- Create and recommend solid RTM/ICE activity programs which suits the need of the area/distributor within their responsibility to ensure the achievement of the area/distributor quarterly C3 and Volume target and subsequently the yearly C3 and Volume target.
Sumatera -> Vol 12 ML & C3 12 MUSD
MCO Java -> Vol 12 ML & C3 8,4 MUSD
Continues to Develop & maintain Network sustainability as part growth acceleration through Hub development ( as part plan 250 Hub national in 2020) and others initiative in order to enhance our network especially in MCO and T2/T3 area.
Lead collaboration of development distributor & Organizational capability, including people and process parallel with maintain distributor pipelining management as part of anticipation.
Accountable for Distributor Profitability and ROI improvement to ensure alignment with agreed Business plan and "Fair share" implementation and ensure strong mindshare in place as part of maintain sustainability network.
Drive the execution of the agreed RTM/ICE programs (both nationally driven programs and regionally developed programs) from the preparation to in field execution either done through distributor team or 3rd party agencies.
Lead the monitoring of the result of the agreed RTM/ICE programs and recommend adjustment action (if any required) to ensure the delivery of RTM/ICE programs ROI as well as recommend RTM/ICE program improvement plan through solid Post Implementation Review.
Drive the usage of rebate programs in a quarterly basis to ensure the delivery of quarterly C3 and volume target and subsequently the yearly C3 and Volume target.
Accountable for the usage of SPnA and Rebate budget under their responsibility to ensure compliance to company’s financial procedure & ensure effective usage of the budget.
Lead the development of a strong operational excellence culture in area/the distributor under their responsibility through more robust implementation Way of Working (WOW), coaching & strong leadership behavior.
Adhere to company’s HSSE & SGBP rules and regulation.

Having good track record in Distributor management, Sales & Operation, Trade marketing background
Having good business acumen especially in indirect channel & understand about Project Management
Having experience in network developement, Time & teritorry Management
Comfortable with numbers & analysis
Able to operate Microsoft Office basics (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Possess a strong communication & influencing skills.
Willing to do extensive travelling and field works.
Willing to be relocated to outside Jakarta.
Able to operate independently in various geographies
9.Comfortable in communicating in English both verbally & written.
- Having good understanding in Basic Finance (ROI, P&L, CCC, Working Capital) is a must
