Primary Role

This position will be involved in all facets of the Wastewater Treatment plant operations.

General duties include:

  • Repairing equipment

  • Cleaning facilities

  • Making rountine rounds checking operations

  • Taking samples

  • Mowing, painting, logging readings, answer phone calls, receiving messages and answering customer complaints.

  • Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations and applciable paperwork

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts general operations and maintenance daily

  • Conducts janitorial duties daily

  • Performs daily inspections

  • Performs administrative duties on a daily basis

  • Performs training once per month

Knowledge / Skills

  • Knowledge of Wastewater treatment and various types of equipment associated with the wastewater industry

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations and maintenance of wastewater systems
