This Greenhouse is dedicated to one of our most premier health care clients and has a dedicated space located in New Brunswick NJ. The New Brunswick (NB) Greenhouse studio was a first of its kind undertaking within Deloitte to bring a customized Greenhouse experience to a Platinum client and drive an account wide lab strategy to help them achieve breakthroughs in high priority areas like R&D, IT & M&A, execute marketing and relationship strategy across key client relationships and bring Deloitte s Eminence and Thought Leadership in an immersive setting. The studio has been operational since April 2016 and due to the exceptional track record is being expanded to a larger location in New Brunswick.

Work you ll do

The Greenhouse and Marketing leader is a unique role providing the ideal candidate an opportunity to design and execute the Greenhouse strategy in conjunction with the Account Marketing and Relationship strategy globally for our premier health care client Account Team. The Lab Leader will work with a wide array of executive level clients at this health care company to solve exciting business challenges, stretch their critical thinking and problem solving skills and network with them while bringing and showcasing Deloitte s functional and thought leaders.

The Leader will be a strategic and an operational leader, marketer, ambassador, designer, and facilitator for the Deloitte Greenhouse Experience Offerings.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Manager or Managing Director with exceptional strategy and operational skills including project management, facilitation/presentation skills, design thinking and creative problem solving skills, an interest in analytics and data visualization, a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A strategic approach, proactive and hard-working attitude will help the candidate excel in this role. An ability to network both at the client and within Deloitte and connecting the dots is a key requirement of this role. Having functional knowledge of Life Sciences will be helpful.

Deloitte Greenhouse Experience and Marketing Leader s primary responsibilities:

  1. Greenhouse, Marketing and Relationships Strategy Design and Execution
  • Design a global Greenhouse Strategy in conjunction with the Marketing, Relationship Strategy and the top issues for the client at a given time.

  • Act as the Single point of contact for all Marketing, Relationship tracking and lab activity for all priority relationships on the account.

  • Embed Greenhouse experiences and Marketing campaigns in Pursuits process, Orals delivery and post-proposal follow ups.

  • Track opportunities and follow ups from client touchpoints whether Labs, Marketing events, Pursuits (if done in a lab setting) or Relationship meetings.

  • Advise PPMDs and SMs on types of labs and Marketing events and how/when to use them for pursuits, delivery and relationship building.

  • Ensure that new lab offerings from the Greenhouse are socialized continually within the client team and with the clients.

  • Continually enhance the Digital experience for the client by introducing new and innovative tools (like Zoomforth).

  • Review and support Greenhouse Experience communications, as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with the NY and other Greenhouse teams, promoting teamwork and high quality deliverables.

  • Contribute to the overall Greenhouse Experience program through new Lab offerings, tools, processes, etc.

  • Lead/support special projects on either the U.S. / local teams within the Greenhouse.

  • Research and test creative/innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Greenhouse.

  • Manage, mentor and develop the dedicated Lab Manager and other staff supporting labs on the client account.

  1. Operations
  • Lead execution of Marketing including distribution of thought ware in lab settings and otherwise, coordination of event invites, tracking of metrics etc.

  • Stand up Greenhouse capability for the client in EMEA and APAC to deliver labs for the client.

  • Manage the Greenhouse space and coordinate with other service providers like PRYSM, Creative designers, External facilitators etc.

  • Maintain a 12month rolling lab calendar and promote utilization of the space for labs, marketing events and pursuits.

  • Lead the design and execution of the Relationship Strategy for Priority relationships and ensure that lab and non-lab interactions are tracked and monitored.

  • Enhance Greenhouse, Marketing and Relationship tracking processes continually for efficiency and budgetary impact.

  • Support Lab offerings at the client in order to encourage sharing of ideas and promote strong team dynamics.

  1. Lab Design and Facilitation
  • Demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation skills including ability to understand and address client challenges and draw out key talking points; select speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience

  • Design and deliver tailored, high-quality and consistent experiences at their Greenhouse location for all levels of lab visitors and types of labs

  • Be well versed in all Greenhouse IP and ability to facilitate all types of labs including Biz Chem, Moments that Matter and Transition labs

  • Manage the coordination and execution of lab design, lab day, post work and ongoing activities with a particular emphasis on analytics labs.

  • Lead pre-planning calls; drive and customize lab design and planning to align with account team/client needs; work with client teams to plan for and dry-run impactful client sessions by tailoring the Lab, recommending demonstrations to be shown, tailoring demo stories where relevant, and helping to formulate the agenda.

  • Work with business and external partners as needed to construct and orchestrate custom Labs.

  • Bring wide-ranging experience, professional concepts, and functional area/Deloitte objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways; bring personal subject matter expertise to play where relevant.
