CACI International SPS System Administrator in Jetersville, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a member of the Standard Procurement System (SPS) Team, you will provide technical and System Administration support services to end users at client location. These tasks include Sybase database administration support, Procurement Desktop Defense (PD²) client support, web Methods and PD² Adapter issues and other tasks as assigned. The candidate will assist customers with a mixture of functional and technical solutions to questions and/or problems and formulate timely and professional resolutions that meet customer contracting objectives.
More About the Role:
Provide functional and technical administration support of the SPS suite of Products
Provide functional and technical advice and guidance and supporting resolution of critical PD2 operational issues
Perform SPS upgrades
Develop SQL scripts to identify data issues or provide reporting information
Perform database administration including backups, DBCC checks, monitoring transaction logs and integrations
Maintain site configurations and make changes as necessary for security model and all reference data
Implement clause, reference library, and standard data updates
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Must meet IAT (Information Assurance Technical) Level II certification criteria specified in DoD 8570.01-M
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to react to customer issues and formulate resolutions quickly.
Previous experience in software implementation, testing, or customer support and a strong desire to help customers with their issues.
