  1. Define supplier and sourcing, purchasing strategy and tactics for targeted commodities.


  2. Find, screen, qualify and develop suppliers especially indirect material supplier

    搜集,筛选,审核及发展供应商 , 尤其一些间接物料供应商

  3. Price negotiation & bidding with supplier


  4. Responsible and accountable for cost out project


  5. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performances


  6. Other things assigned by supplier chain manager



  • Minimum university degree


  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sourcing or purchasing


  • Be familiar with indirect material sourcing(Equipment, MRO, Service…)and purchasing activity


  • Knowledge of Incoterm and contract management


  • Possess good business acumen and effective negotiation skills


  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player


  • Good English & Chinese communication skills
