This is a high visibility role with access to decision makers and departments across the company. In this role, you will have many opportunities to lead your own initiatives and drive change to move the company forward.+ Optimize programmatic inventory to drive yield for Web, Mobile Web and App inventory+ Work directly with consumer product team and effectively articulate ad product solutions and ideas to grow revenue+ Manage expectations around development timelines such partner launch and revenue expectations.+ Project manage partner integrations from concept through development, testing, and delivery+ Develop metrics to address different market segments such as trading desks, DSP, bidding patterns+ Develop market intelligence on new market opportunities and potential offerings+ Work closely with operations and sales to implement and support key strategic product initiativesRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 5+ years in the Digital Marketing and Ad Technology industry with a strong understanding of the RTB landscape, existing and emerging ad technologies, ad serving, analytics, enterprise marketing and big data.+ 2+ years working directly with ad technologies such as SSP, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers+ Ability to pull ad hoc reporting and articulate findings to various departments throughout the company+ Demonstrated understanding the needs of programmatic buyers and what types of audiences they have interest in+ Ability to holistically understand a publisher's digital assets and how they can be mapped to different buyer needs+ Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing+ High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive+ Strong Microsoft Excel skillsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Familiarity with building Tableau, Power BI or other business intelligence platformsAbout Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
