Our digitally enabled teams are innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.
What happens when you take the lean, agile approach to digital marketing and apply it to pharma? Greater positive impact. On more lives. In less time. It's happening right here, right now: Your chance to craft a career that matters. To be a catalyst for change. And inspire hope in patients who need it most.
Why join our digital engagement space? We are looking for candidates that encompass all, or any of the below experiences.
Agility. Speed. Relevance. And Results.
Many larger pharmaceutical organizations use a traditional marketing approach featuring campaigns that can take several months to execute. Fortunately, our company is not like most. Our digital marketing team has adopted an agile, omni-channel approach that features small groups encompassing all disciplines to drive each project with greater precision and purpose. Our goal- to reach consumers, payors and physicians at the right time, right place, in the right channel with relevant, personalized content to meet their needs and create a premier customer experience. The results? We create relevant, personalized content that gains response. And there's an important part for you to play:
Put marketing strategy into action as you lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning. Leveraging your strong understanding of our customer insights, you'll shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently lead our agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources and relevant content. This is your chance to use your digital knowledge to employ new technologies and new channels developing customer-experience best practices and targeting, to achieve an optimal customer experience. Employing AGILE practices and a test and learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, UX, architecture, internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. From creative development to approval and delivery to market, you'll have a hand in the process. And a lot to say about the final product.
Work with internal stakeholders to devise the engagement analytics measurement strategy & plan. Depending on the scope of these analytics, you will either roll up your sleeves and work directly within systems/tools to pull or analyze the data, run reports or work with support groups to have those reports provided. You will then perform in-depth analyses of customer level engagement and other data sets across several channels to discover insights and make recommendations and decisions about engagement and channel choices. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally across multiple internal stakeholder groups (digital publishing, IT, internal centers of excellence) to communicate the engagement analytics & measurement plan to ensure assets are tagged properly to deliver the necessary data.
These roles are integral in developing strategy and working across the human health division. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (3rd party channel vendors) and media partners to communicate the strategy and ensure proper implementation, identify key opportunities to improve processes & tools and advocate the change to help the organization continue to evolve and transform. You are a key member of the digitally and analytically enabled teams.
