If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities+ Serve as a trusted advisor for pensions, leaves, life and other ancillary employee benefits design and strategy in the US and Canada+ Support renewal of insured pension and ancillary benefits programs in North America+ Develop financial wellbeing campaigns in North America+ Co-create with employees, legal, labor relations and D&I to develop content for employee communication and benefit policies+ Practice best practices in governance leaders updated on how changes in regulations impact IBMers and IBM benefit offering+ Serve as an executive influencer able to prioritize and negotiate projects with key stakeholders+ Support development of metrics to evaluate benefits and claims performance, and identify opportunities for improvement in the IBM offerings for pensions, ancillary benefits and financial wellbeing+ Develop Surveys, Convert demographics and benefits data into meaningful insights to leadership+ Positive leadership able to engage and co-create effectively with other parts of the organization when developing new benefit offerings+ Communicate areas of concerns that need to be addressed by stakeholders across business and HR leadership+ Able to manage complex projects independently+ Able to manage vendors, actuaries and consultantsPrimary Skills+ Ability to identify key people risks, analyze financial costs of people risk and uncertainty, develop data driven products+ Ability to develop business case support benefit design changes+ Strong project, time and stakeholder management+ Able to communicate effectively to clients, leadership, peers and stakeholders in multicounty environment+ Executive Influencer with consulting background+ Positive leader+ Curious+ Able to thrive in agile environment+ Able to independently identify problems to be solved, and then create user centric solutions that are easily communicated to all target audiences+ Having product development actuary background for pensions and ancillary benefits (preferred)+ Global benefits consulting experience is a plus.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseTechnical Skills+ Knowledgeable in US and Canada pension, leaves, Life, and other ancillary programs+ Knowledgeable in multinational pooling and global underwriting is a plus+ Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.Experience+ 5+ year of experience in US HR Benefit or+ 5+ year of experience in US pension, US benefit consultingPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise.About Business UnitIBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more, all working together to solve some of the world's most complex problems, help our clients achieve success and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.Your Life @ IBMWhat matters to you when you're looking for your next career challenge?Maybe you want to get involved in work that really changes the world?
