ETL and Test Data Lead/Architect

Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to IBM'ers and our clients.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an ETL Test Specialist, you should have 6+ years of hands-on experience inperforming data analysis and data profiling. You should have hands on experiencein working with one of the ETL tools like informatica or Query Surge or Datastage.You should have experience working closely with a team of technical andnon-technical staff and consultants to garner feedback on testing deliverablesand provide feedback for other team member deliverables. You should alsoparticipate and contribute to planning sessions by providing testing estimates,report status to management on a regular basis. Overall, you should have strongexperience in Test Data management, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Execution,Defect Management and reporting process for ETL Testing.Candidates must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.Although this position is currently working remotely, this is not a permanent work from home position.This position requires relocation to Monroe, LA within 30 days of the office permanently reopening. This position will require up to 50% travel post-covid times.Required Technical and Professional Expertise* Must have 5+ years of ETL Testing experience including working with at least one of the following tools like Informatica or DataStage or QuerySurge.* Experience in writing ETL testing strategy, implementing processes, and validating business rules and policies related to data and transformations.* Strong experience in handling large scale Agile projects and leading teams.* Should be able to write complex SQL Queries, perform Data Analysis, Data Testing in BI/DW Environment.* Exposure to API Testing using Postman or REST or Swagger* Working Knowledge on JSON and XML messaging* Exposure to data migration and validations processes on either one the cloud platform AWS/Azure/Google* Experience in Batch scheduling tools Autosys, Control-M to run and monitor ETL jobs.* Exposure to working with DevOps tools and CICD.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience in scripting with languages like Java, C# etc.Experience in Test Automation tools (Selenium, UFT, RFT)Experience with API Test Automation (SOAP UI/REST Assured/Postman)Performance engineering experience when moving/migrating to cloud.About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
