You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesOur Oracle practice is leading the world in HCM Cloud implementations and we are now looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants to join our growing team.This isn't just about delivering the most complex and technically challenging projects; it's about partnering with the worlds most creative, high-profile organisations to deliver innovation that really matters combining your experience of HCM good practice with the technology found in HCM Cloud - to our clients and to the world.We are looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with experience in Cloud HCM solution delivery. You will bring experience from at least two Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training and deployment.You will be responsible forLeading the design, build and delivery of Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, Absence, Talent Management)Manage a workstream including on and offshore resourcesWork closely with other Cloud modules e.g. Payroll, RecruitingWork closely with technical workstreams to provide HR expertise during the design of interfaces, reports etcBuild strong relationships and trust with our customersPlay a key role in developing the IBM Oracle HCM Cloud practiceBe involved in pre-sales and bid developmentRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience of delivering at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementationsFull project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training ,deployment)Hands on configuration experience in multiple Cloud HCM modulesBe able to demonstrate knowledge of HCM good practice end to end processesTeam lead experience including onshore/offshore team mixExcellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levelsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least one Oracle HCM Cloud certificationProven track record of working in a teamExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
