What we do:

• Facilitates and maintains relationships between Suppliers and internal resources, including IT stakeholders and executive leadership

• Develops framework for interactions between the Suppliers and the business when negotiating contracts

• Ensures that contractual requirements are well-communicated and well-understood, and clearly defines expectations from the business

• Provides reports on status of requests, identify areas for improvement and identifies where requests are stuck in the process.

• Manages escalation and arbitration of relationship and operational issues if other avenues fail

• Manages and measures performance of the overall relationship between internal customers and strategic suppliers

• Collaborates with key stakeholders in the business to establish, prioritize and track strategic requirements to be communicated to suppliers

• Helps establish common goals between key stakeholders and suppliers

• Ensures effective communication between the organization and each supplier

• Accountable to build and manage an overall supplier portfolio, that details who/when/how to engage suppliers

• Drives process alignment between suppliers and consumers

• Interfaces with Industry thought leaders (Gartner; Forrester, CEB, etc.)

• Partners with Procurement on coordinating RFPs with suppliers and scoring proposals

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 6 years professional experience managing/engaging with Suppliers required
• Minimum of 6 work experience in Contracts, IT or Regulatory Compliance roles required
• Experience working with various external vendors and internal stakeholders (Legal, IT and other business units) required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
