Work you'll do

As a Deloitte Consulting Workforce Strategy and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing a workstream of two Deloitte team members and managing the clients Customer Service Initiative, which includes
    • Supporting HR units with implementing enabling technologies in support of the clients customer service operations
    • Overseeing the creation of a data governance structure for the HR Division, including the development, distribution, and management of reports and dashboards
    • Development of customer service trainings, workshops, and materials
    • Developing and delivering executive-level briefings
    • Managing a diverse range of clients and stakeholders across the client
    • Developing a communications approach to be distributed across clients organization

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
  • Analytical skills (Excel, Macros, Access, SPSS, or SAS)
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Required:
  • Experience with Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Communication Strategy and Planning and Training Development
  • HR Operational Excellence and HR Customer Services experience
  • Strong business writing and communication skills
  • Experience with workforce planning experience and any future of work experience is ideal
