Recruiting and Hiring Operations Lead

Work you'll do
- Serves as the primary point of contact between client workforce strategy team and leads, and multiple recruiting and hiring operations teams (to include subcontractors).
- Advises on the strategies for recruiting and hiring of client employees, to include influencing hiring schedules/sequence, target candidate definition, and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Aggregates overall workstream inputs and provides timely updates to clients. Identifies, mitigates, and monitors risks to recruiting delivery, in coordination with client HR and business units.
- Oversees and provides support on tasks associated with end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle, to include job definition, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate selection, candidate management/tracking, interview logistics, candidate selection, and job offer.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle experience, preferably in a state or local government environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
