Position: Manager, Pharmacovigilance Compliance and Inspection Readiness (ref.# 2923)

Location: Route 206 and Province Line Road, Princeton, NJ 08543

Duties: Use in-depth knowledge of or experience with: drug development, clinical development; regulatory affairs and global compliance regulations in pharmaceutical industry; knowledge of compliance metrics and quality indicators in pharmaceutical industry; Corporate Safety Software; document management system for authoring, reviewing, and approving electronic documentation (SharePoint, PDHQ etc.); and Corporate Quality Management System to support WorldWide Patient Safety (WWPS) inspections and audits in terms of readiness, preparation and post-evaluation ensuring implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs). Work with Research and Development Global Quality Team. Support the creation, monitoring and resolution of self-identified Quality Event CAPA. Support the audit and inspection process of key business partner and contract research organization relations and adherence to contractual agreements in regard to compliance. Trend and analyze deviations from various sources. Share and communicate the result of analysis and intelligence with stakeholders as appropriate. Participate in developing, implementing and/or coordinating quality monitoring and compliance monitoring programs for WWPS - Pharmacovigilance Compliance and Quality Risk Management. Participate in the development of departmental standard operating procedures and participate in preparation and conduct of departmental training to support audit, inspection readiness and other related continuous improvement initiatives impacting WWPS.

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business and Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field plus 3 years of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
