Job Description

This position is location agnostic.

In this role, the AD will collaborate:

  • With the field to communicate strategy, determine optimal execution and obtain feedback to measure success, identify gaps in field needs and to adjust strategy for execution

  • Across agile marketing teams and with the field to implement the execution of campaigns and projects across all channels and customer segments

  • With internal stakeholders to leverage data/insights to improve the precision of execution in the field and/or to measure the success of programs/projects

  • Across marketing teams within the vaccines business unit, to coordinate and integrate G9 programs in the context of the portfolio

This role requires a deep understanding of customer stakeholder needs in the HPV ecosystem, field experience and will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Communication with the field i.e. creation of field communications, national meeting planning and execution, field feedback and communication of feedback to marketing agile teams, new Hire onboarding and L&D support

  • Operations i.e. campaign flags, call plans, ROME support, NBE integration, Field suggestions creation, approval, assessment and support, Veeva surveys, NST engagements

  • Field Strategy, Education, Implementation i.e. collaboration with marketing agile teams to proactively share ‘voice of the field’ to inform strategy and to implement execution of campaigns across channels and customers; Challenger & Execution selling model; collaboration on development of field resources

  • Performance Assessments i.e. analyzing both quantitative and qualitative brand and engagement performance and assessment of resource utilization

  • Collaboration with data insights team to leverage data/insights to improve the precision of execution in the field and/or to measure the success of programs/projects

  • Collaboration with market research to understand HCP attitudes and behavior to be able to connect the dots between the Digital Engagement Team and customer facing roles

  • Analyzing field engagement metrics, communicating the trends with stakeholders and recommending next steps

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: BA/BS

  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional prioritization, collaboration and communication skills

  • Strong operational and field execution acumen

  • Strong prioritization and project management skills with attention to detail

  • Strategic, analytical and innovative

  • Proactive and self-directed

  • Effective at navigating whitespace opportunities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing disciplines

  • Flexible and resilient in a changing environment

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Navigating medical/legal review

  • Experience across multiple brand marketing, sales and support roles

  • Experience motivating and leading teams with and without authority

  • Familiarity with scrum and/or agile marketing principles

  • Prior scientific or medical education experience

  • Familiarity of subpart E is a plus
