Job Description

Under the guidance of Submission Planning and Requirement Management (SPRM) leadership and more senior team members, the incumbent will assist with data analysis activities in support of the SPRM Data Quality and Reporting vertical, executing regular and ad hoc data pulls to support the launch of Data Quality Initiatives and ongoing monitoring. As additional reporting needs are identified, the incumbent will assist more senior reporting team members to gather requirements and, where needed, support report creation in enterprise tools. The Specialist Role also serve as a first point of contact for the GRACS Metrics Portal, supporting administrative activities necessary to support Quick Access Dashboard (QAD) creation. Further, this role may support ongoing efforts to streamline documentation across the USPT toolset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of the shared mailboxes for the GRACS Metrics Portal and USPT Reporting

  • On a regular basis, pull reports and analyze data sets for issues monitored by the Data Quality team; engage stakeholders to review, as needed

  • Pull ad hoc standard reports in response to identification of new data quality issues; evaluate and assist with launch of clean up efforts, as needed

  • Support reporting efforts through requirements gathering, engaging stakeholders and senior report developers to deliver on business needs; assist with documentation and authoring user guides

  • Assist with managing Quick Access Dashboard development by liaising with developers and execution of next steps

  • As needed, assist with efforts to streamline SPRM documentation through translation of length, Word/PDF versions of processes into interactive Nimbus process flows

Required Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a HS diploma plus at least 7 years of professional experience.

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and other enabling tools (e.g., SharePoint, reporting platforms).

  • Effective communication skills with proven experience engaging cross-functionally.

  • Successful project management experience, including development of a plan and execution to timelines.

  • Ability to persuade others in straightforward situations.

  • Superior attention to detail.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple, time-sensitive assignments.

  • Ability to independently resolve straightforward problems that arise within job responsibilities and expectations.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment, keeping current with new and updated processes and procedures

  • Bachelor's degree
