The Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Strategy & Business Operations (SBO) team in Upper Gwynedd, PA has an opportunity for an Intern who will work collaboratively in a team environment to assist in activities and deliverables focused organizational and project-based initiatives as it relates to executive alignment/commitment, sponsorship, and communications efforts associated with design, development, execution, and realization of the GRACS curriculum and training strategy. The intern will contribute to the development and implementation of a cross-functional onboarding process for the GRACS organization.
We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment.
Primary activities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct impact analysis and identify key stakeholders
Assist in developing project communication strategies and plans
Support the development on integrated on-boarding materials
Assist in the design, development and delivery of an integrated on-boarding SharePoint site
Required Education & Experience:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in related field (e.g., Business, English, Marketing/Communications).
Candidates must have basic computer proficiency with Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, Power Point). SharePoint a plus.
Candidates must be available for 9-12 week beginning in June 2022
Candidates must be returning to school in the fall of 2022
Candidates must be able to Travel up to 5%
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Candidates should have a understanding of the basic principles of communications.
Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
