Work you'll do

  • Facilitate the operations of Process Improvement governance bodies.
  • Designing, building and maintaining informational briefing/videos to educate internal stakeholders
  • Design, build and maintain the briefings/videos; coordinate meeting details (i.e., scheduling conference rooms, obtaining dial-in numbers, setting up VTCs, sending meeting invites, preparing and printing meeting materials and handouts, etc.), consolidate presentation slide decks, and schedule dry runs with presenters to ensure all briefings/videos present a unified message.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and implement appropriate controls to eliminate or minimize the outcome of risk and enhance management's decision making.
  • Develop Annual Statement of Assurance - new and updated initiatives toward insuring effective internal controls.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • 2+ year's of experience
