Robotics and Automation Sr. Consultant (19227)
- Coordinate with process owners (Gov and CTR) to discuss use cases, complete PAQs, and obtain Gov POC signatures to be submitted via FRRB mailbox
- Lead complexity assessments for processes submitted through the FRR
- Coordinate with RPA PMO counterparts to schedule and facilitate meetings with process owners to complete intake forms
- Develop and deliver Monthly Performance Metrics Reports
- Calculate monthly metrics and update presentation material
- Coordinate with RPA PMO counterparts to compile submissions and ensure timely completion ahead of deliverable submission deadline
- Support automation design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with developers to facilitate design sessions with process owners
- Capture functional requirements in PDD
- Update PDD as additional requirements are captured and refined
- Schedule and facilitate UAT sessions

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ relevant experience within Robotics Process Automation
• Experience with Business Process Design, Gathering and Automation
• Experience with Process Design
• Strong strategic communication skills to include presenting quantitative concepts in easy to understand formats and actively listening to identify business problems and their causes
• A curious, questioning attitude that leads them to look past superficial appearances to find deeper problems, insights, and solutions
• Thrives in fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders
• High-performing team player who believes that cross-functional teams are greater than the sum of its parts
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a Secret clearance
