Job Description:
Looking for a change. Leidos has opportunities in the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Missile Defense mission areas. The work includes trade studies, system engineering, model based system engineering, portfolio analysis, software development demonstration and product testing and deployment to Cheyenne Mountain. Leidos is focused on finding the best people, processes, and tools that will provide solutions in data integration and fusion, data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, data visualization, and decision support tools.
This position will report directly to the Test and Deployment Operations Team Lead.
Primary Responsibilities
Document in the digital models, bi-directional traceability for all test procedures associated with each requirement that are new or modified
Document integration test procedures and test reports in Contractor standard formats (i.e., one standard format and required content for each document type)
Evaluate the raw scan results to determine the security impact of the DO software changes, and provide classified media with the evaluation and raw scan results
Identify, record, track all Discrepancy Reports (DR) via Incident Reports (IRs) using the appropriate unclassified or classified Integrated Database System Support (IDSS), Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket or future Government approved system and develop corrective actions during testing
Develop and deliver Test Procedures which incorporate all “redlined” changes
Document and deliver the results of testing in a Test Inspection/Report document
Provide technical materials and/or information to the Government, other Government organizations, the sustainment contractor, and program of record (POR) contractors materials and technology that are required for the successful use and operation of the developed or programmed solution by the users and support staff that will deploy or support the programmed solution
Develop knowledge transfer approach to encompass all relevant technical information necessary for maintaining and updating the CCIC2S enterprise to include forward and backwards compatibility
Mitigate risk associated with the transition of contractor developed capabilities
Support integration, testing, and packaging of contractor developed feed capabilities and its use by stakeholders and Enterprise users
Coordinate and integrate install of software and hardware at the locations according to the approved test schedule
Review Test Procedures and Test Analysis Plans from the Government-Controlled Baselines for applicability for use during test
Provide inputs to create, modify and/or update Test Plans and Procedures

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of experience; additional years of directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Currently possess an Top Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
Experience with missile warning and missile warning defense
Extensive experience testing and deployment in technical related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in associated field
Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts
Past experience in Command and Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC), Global Data Integration (GDI), or other key missile defense programs or area
