Product Manager in the Digital Marketing & Content Strategy team
Human Health IT is on a journey to transform our technology, ecosystem, culture and support how we engage our customers and patients. We are shifting from projects and large programs to products and agile delivery teams. We have 3 primary goals in this transformation:
Increase commercial efficiency by complementing and augmenting impact of promotional activities and field forces thru digital capabilities.
Increase customer engagement by delivering data-driven experiences that are relevant, personalized and intuitive.
Build highly flexible, rapid and scaled agile teams who can pivot on priorities and customer needs.
The Digital Marketing & Content Strategy team plays a key role in defining and promoting foundational capabilities that enable our company to effectively engage with our customers through commercial and go to market strategies and the creation, management, and distribution of promotional material.
We are looking for a product manager who will manage value delivery through the product increments, define requirements, set technical direction, and provide context and coordination in our medical legal review automation capabilities that are powered by machine learning as well as be responsible for our commercial planning and strategy capabilities (L3 (Full Lifecycle).
As the Product Manager of our Content Strategy & Quality capabilities, you will:
Be responsible for solution vision - identifying and evaluating options and making the right architecture and design choices and be ultimately responsible for strategic business-outcomes in the area of Content Quality Automation, Commercial Planning and Commercial Strategy and other machine learning driven capabilities.
Communicate comprehensively the strategic vision to the business stakeholders as well as to the product and delivery teams.
Manages relationship between business and technical teams.
Ensures that the solution is valuable and drives business strategic outcomes while taking into account profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Be accountable for alignment of roadmaps towards yearly business objectives and multi-year strategies.
Accountable for adherence to Enterprise Architecture patterns.
Help the team lead optimize investments and leverage synergies across the value teams and enterprise IT.
Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features and vendor roadmaps.
Plan and manage product-market engagement, rollout, and adoption strategies.
Manage and report on product KPI’s and adoption metrics.
Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies.
Creates the business case, cost case and focuses on profitability of the solution (ROI)
Ability to navigate in complex enterprise environments and handle ambiguity well
Ensure a seamless integration and user experience of our digital marketing capabilities by working with relevant Product Owners and influencing respective product roadmaps.

3+ years of working experience as a Product manager utilizing the following :
Vision and Leadership
Value Proposition definition
Product roadmapping, backlog and lifecycle
Product strategy, market research and marketing
Business modelling & financials
Previous working experience with one of the following: marketing, commercial strategy. content strategy, business process automation or machine learning
Previous working experience with stakeholder expectations management
Understanding of ROIs definition and marketing campaign performance metrics
SAFe agile methodology
Lean UX, Interaction design, User research and usability testing
Experience with Veeva Vault, Sharepoint or SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Proven success in delivering and supporting user facing products, services and integrations
Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills
Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience advocating new ideas and technology
Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to Pharma industry is desirable
