If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Architect for Core Banking & Payments Transformationwill be leading and coordinating the pre-sales activities for projects with high revenue generation in the Digital Banking and Payments sector. The successful candidate will be responsible from strategy development to delivery for ensuring our financial services clients' satisfaction.You will help senior executives and payments leaders determine where to compete, how to differentiate, and how to innovate business models and technology platforms by taking advantage of digital and new technologies. You will support the implementation and modernization of large-scale digital payments platforms for global and super regional banks. A successful candidate will have experience consulting to large enterprises on Payments & Technology Strategy.+ Highly experienced in digital banking and financial services sector with strong business acumen about the enterprise/infrastructure architecture+ Practice for conducting enterprise analysis, design, planning, solutioning and implementation using holistic approach for development and execution of strategy through applying architecture principles+ Experienced in performing the analysis of digital banking business structure and processes to address effectiveness, efficiency, agility, and durability+ Experience in Building Digital Banking, Core Banking Modernization, Micro Services, API Framework, and BIAN APIS, Dev Ops, Cloud Native, Tool Chain, Business and Functional Componentization+ Specialized in architecture and digital banking business transformation, strategy development, business model innovation, service design and architecture, operating model design and transformation planning+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems in a comprehensive fashion for a variety of audiences, forming a bridge between business units and technical teams+ Award winning personality with the ability to lead technical delivery teams and influence executive clients+ Financial Services expertise in any digital retail banking services e.g. mortgages, credit, payments+ Strong preference for qualifications in organizational, project and program management planning skills and Bachelors / Masters in a Computer Science related subject#CoreBanking2020Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseKey Experiences / BackgroundMulti-year hands-on experience in running transformation programs of Banks in regard to:- Design / re-design and consolidation of core banking processes and/ or payments- IT Modernization and digitalisation- Business process and data migration- Backend requirement and implementation patterns for digital banking- Integration of payment services- Requirements management and/or functional testingKey Skills:- Core Banking business components and processes- Functional architecture of a bank including interfaces and implementation options- Core Banking data structures and data flows- integration patterns for payment services (API, Data)- Knowledge of selected major ISVs for Core Banking- BIANFluent English and German language skills requiredPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise-Thought leader-Team player and team leadership-Communication-Well known in the market (Banks and ISVs)- Hands-on style-Good digital reputation-Mobility.About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
