Work you'll do

As a Marketing Campaign Account Manager - Studio Senior, you will work within the Experience Management team to support our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage client budget and forecast processes.
  • Work with client to plan and execute a wide range of campaigns across addressable channels.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Evaluate opportunities to grow the scope of services and tools.
  • You will be the "connector" between internal Deloitte teams and the client in order to maintain and grow the business relationship.
  • Adapt quickly to the client's business model and culture in order to consult and advise them with expertise.
  • Use persuasion, facts and business cases to gain buy-in and incent others to complete actions - influence management is critical.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking/problem solving skills to frame a situation/concept.
  • Communicate effectively downward, laterally and upward.
  • Balance company, team, and personal achievement. Establish and build deep rooted client relationships across multiple levels.
  • Spearhead projects and facilitate cross-functional team communication.
  • Liaise with operational resources in the US and offshore to ensure superior execution of client campaigns.


Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)
  • eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
  • Marketing Technology and Communication Technology solutions
  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations
  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results


  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a client-side marketing department
  • Deep experience with: Email/Digital marketing, Customer journey development, Multi/Omnichannel marketing, and Campaign management.
  • Superior presentation skills/PowerPoint storyboarding.
  • Adept at problem solving.
  • Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a single workstream and a team of analysts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
