If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities+ Primarily responsible for holding the overall relationship with the client during the Transition and Transformation (T&T) phase of delivery.+ They will also have primary ownership of the issues resolution process with emphasis on scope/contract/delays, client dependency, financials and overall T&T deliverables.+ This position will require working closely with the Engagement, Delivery, Account, T&T and Client teamsGTSCA2021Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Bilingual in English and French.+ Project Planning, tracking, change control, financial management and issue/risk management.+ MS Project Experience.+ At least 10 years experience in leading IT Infrastructure Project is a distributed computing environment.+ Experience working on medium to large IT infrastructure projects with full life cycle implementations.+ Experience working with multiple delivery teams and managing resources within a matrix organization.+ Excellent verbal and written skills in English.+ Superior organizational and negotiation skills.+ Demonstrated client relationship experience.+ Superior organizational skills.+ Strong leadership and analytical skills.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance Level 2.+ Experience writing proposals.+ PMP Certification or equivalent.+ Infrastructure, Data Center migrations, storage, networking, service desk, service now, cloud, virtualization, intel and aixt.+ Driven, honest, self starter, good communicator.Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.About Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
