Do it here.What youll be doing...This role is a combination of data strategy and technical project management.+ In this role you will be designing, implementing, and optimizing data-workflows that support Marketing-ROI modeling & predictive analytics.+ The role has both tactical and strategic functions; you will be proposing and documenting analytical systems used to increase the efficiency and repeatability of predictive modeling.+ You willalso leanon your ETL & scripting experience to actually build analytical systems.+ This role is integral to scaling the output of a small, advanced analytics team and will require the ability to grasp fairly technical subject matter and to ultimately influence our teams analytic technology/infrastructure roadmap.What were looking for...You'll need to have:+ Bachelosr degree in a quantitative field or four or more years of work experience+ Six or more years of relevant work experience+ Experience designing and building analytic workflows/systems+ Experience standardizing and implementing statistical model development+ Significant experience with SQL and Python+ Experience managing and documenting code+ Effective communication and stakeholder management experience+ A willingness to be a team player who is also able to roll-up their sleeves and get the job doneEven better if you have:+ An advanced degree in a quantitative field (foundation in statistics and/or computer science preferred)+ Experience with Spark/PySpark, R, and SAS+ Experience with virtual environments and containerizing applications (e.g. Conda, Docker, K8s, etc)+ Experience with Hadoop clusters and associated stacks (e.g. Kafka, NiFi, Oozie, Hive, Sqoop)+ Experience with Teradata Tools and Utilities+ A strong track record of delivering tangible business results against technology roadmaps+ Strong interpersonal & leadership skillsEqual Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
