Job Summary

This role supports Deloitte's Government and Public Services sector in the administration of Deloitte's portfolio of Federal GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS). Candidates should have previous experience supporting proposals to obtain GSA MAS and experience administering and meeting ongoing GSA MAS contract requirements. The role supports activities that enable Deloitte to secure positions on GSA MAS, interfaces with internal and external clients, maintains contract deliverables and compliance requirements and ensures completion of various contract projects. Individuals in this role will assist with the development of policies related to GSA MAS and their administration. Supports negotiations and the completion of various GSA MAS contract projects. Supports the GSA MAS portfolio compliance program to ensure contracts administration is conducted in an efficient and compliant manner. Ability to effectively communicate with peers and internal leadership and clients is required.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Possesses a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR).
  • Support contractual reporting requirements in a timely manner (e.g. GSA MAS Sales, Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), Price Reduction Clause monitoring, Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) monitoring, etc.). Participate and manage (when required) preparation and presentation of the Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) visits, otherwise known as Contractor Assessment Visits (CAV).
  • Experience developing policy and procedures based on GSA requirements, policies, and procedures, and Deloitte operations and goals. Once developed and approved these policies and procedures will have to be managed and maintained to meet goals and requirements.
  • Assist in proposal development processes, including planning, organizing, scheduling, ensuring compliance, writing, preparing, and communicating status reports, critiquing and making improvement recommendations, coordinating and assisting in proposal production, and all related tasks necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the contracts' administration within assigned area of responsibility.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Candidates should have previous experience supporting proposals to obtain GSA MAS and experience administering and meeting ongoing requirements of these Contract Vehicles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively and collaborate with team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Experience managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to include direct and indirect reports.
