Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**+ Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.+ Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.+ Has domain and expert technical knowledge.+ Directs and controls activities for a client, project and/or program, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.+ Interactions involve client, project and/or program negotiations and interfacing with senior management.+ Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.+ Serves as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the technological aspects of the organization.+ Provides technical expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization's strategic vision, operational and tactical goals. Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II and may supervise others.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**10 overall years of experience; Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency; Bachelors Degree preferred. High School Diploma and 10 years experience may be considered._* An Active Top-Secret clearance is required for consideration* _**Certifications Required:** IAT III and IAM III level certifications are required in addition to an 8570.01 compliant cert such as CompTIA Security .
