Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Job Summary:**This position provides program management services for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Contract Security Officer (CSO) Contract and provides leadership and oversight to all assigned employees under the project.**Responsibilities:**+ Provides a single-point-of-contact coordination with the Government+ Daily oversight of the contract+ Duties include monitoring and controlling schedules and quality control+ Assigning personnel consistent with contract requirements+ Understanding, and assuring compliance with all minimum standards and all applicable or relevant and appropriate requirements include Federal and state requirements.+ Effective administrative support+ Ensuring all contract deliverables and contract deliverables are completed+ The contractor shall develop, maintain, and enforce the Contractors QC program.** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**+ Speak, read, write, and understand English+ Concisely and accurately prepare and write narratives ofincidents and other written reports+ Exercises judgment and uses discretion in dealing with first response to any and all situations+ Maintain a professional personal appearance, calm demeanor, and discretion with confidential information+ Ability to work with a diverse population of people,including people of different cultures, with different values and lifestyles; with a cross cultural perspective+ Budgeting and financial analysis:+ Develops project cost/schedule baselines and budgets+ Monitors project actuals and resolves issues+ Monitors outstanding project commitments monthly project financial forecasts and conducts variance analysis+ Analyze project reports to identify and resolve issues+ Communicates project status and findings to Corporate Management+ Track contractual obligations and deliverables+ Identifying and analyzing project risk+ Development and execution of internal and external project reviews+ Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint**Qualifications**** Minimum Qualifications:**+ Undergraduate or higher degree in management, business, security, or law enforcement related field. The degree(s) must be 4-year degrees issued from a college or university that is listed as accredited by the U.S. Department of Education (http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation)+ Five years of recent experience managing or overseeing contracts to provide security officer services to various locations and multiple facilities and to provide surge response to heightened security conditions, emergent needs, or for special events.+ A minimum of three years of recent experience as a senior manager working with security service providers.+ Must be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for company.+ Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with all levels of management and interfaces with ICE Personnel.+ Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use.+ Knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, and requirements for managing a support services contract.+ Must have a minimum of a DoD Interim Secret security clearance prior to being placed on the contract.+ Must be a United States citizen, or a person lawfully admitted into the United States with permanent residence in the U.S. for the last five (5) years.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
