As an Alaska Native Corporation(ANC), 100% of our companys profits go back to our 14,300 Iupiat shareholdersthat have resided near and above the Arctic Circle for more than 10,000 years.Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival ofa culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**+ Establish and maintain a complete quality control programthat assures the requirements of the contract are provided as specified.+ Prepare, maintain, update and implement the projectsquality control program plan.+ Develop, implement and maintain an inspection systemacceptable to the Government covering the services under this contract.+ Develop, implement and maintain a process for identifyingdeficiencies in the quality of services performed.+ Develop and maintain a file of all inspections or testsconducted to include any corrective actions taken.+ Maintain the provisions of quality control related manuals,publications and processes.+ Serve as the project representative responsible forpreparing and approving audit schedules, assigning audit teams, distributingthe final internal audit report, maintaining audit records and the coordinationof audits conducted by corporate and/or third parties registrars.+ Serve as the project Lead Auditor responsible for themanagement of an audit and the conduct of the audit team throughout the auditprocess. The Lead Auditor has final authority for determiningconformance/nonconformance based on objective evidence collected by the auditteam.+ Maintain current version of Government contract surveillanceplans and provide for document control accountability of project plans,business processes, procedures and work instructions.+ Responsible for conforming to all safe workpractices and procedures.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelors degree. Two additional years of experience may be substituted for each missing year of education.+ The QCM shall have at least two (2) years of relative experience and shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Plan.+ Proven management experience+ Work experience in process control, quality data Overarching (OA) Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Base Operations and Maintenance analysis, quality auditing, statistical sampling, and subcontractor quality control.**Desired Qualifications:**+ Master Degree in Business related studies.+ Eight years in military Directorate of Logistics or Directorate of Public Works environment with three years direct process control experience**Skills:**+ Supervisory skills. Working knowledge of quality systems management and statistical processes. Customer satisfaction.**Desired Skills:**+ International Standards for Quality Internal auditing techniques**Working Conditions Office**+ Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and seeing (up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus); occasional walking; standing for up to 4 hours; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Potential prolonged walking/standing, repeated pushing/pulling.+ Ability to perform medium to very heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, non-repetitive, up to 50 pounds of force frequently (any exertion of force/lifting greater than 45 pounds requires usage of a two person buddy system), and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly, repetitive; performing such activities as lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, grasping, kneeling, stooping, reaching.+ Potential for prolonged driving of or riding in a motor vehicle, machine operation, and/or working around moving equipment/machinery or motorized vehicles (such as but not limited to car, truck, golf cart, gator, heavy equipment).+ Environmental conditions may include weather or temperature extremes, inclement weather (such as but not limited to wind, rain, excessive heat, excessive cold, snow/ice, etc.)+ May be required to operate company vehicle during the course of work.
