Serves as the primary site POC for the Government customer.+ Oversee workforce that includes union and non-union personnel.+ Responsible for contract performance at his/her location. Perform all local management actions associated with his/her employees, to include, but not limited to:Investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against contractor employees, verification of time sheets, introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Minimum 10 years aircraft maintenance management experience with at least 8 years experience in rotary wing maintenance (including 1 year in the last 5 years).+ Military system experience on rotary wing aircraft including gear box systems, blades and rotors. Holds a technical school certificate from aircraft maintenance military training or FAA certificate.+ Experience managing a workforce of 50-60 personnel.+ High school diploma is required.+ Secret Clearance required.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
