Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.*** * * * * This position is contingent upon contract award* * * * * *****Responsibilities:**+ Responsible for the overall management and performance of the US Air Force Global Strike Command helicopter maintenance program, which includes three geographically separate sites. Lead program that includes union and non-union personnel.+ Responsible for all contractual and operational requirements of the contract. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and security requirements.+ Provide all required reports to the Customer and Corporate headquarters. Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and vendors.+ Serves as the central point of contact for the Government customer.+ Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.+ Manage efficient utilization of human resources assignment, performance, morale and overall welfare.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Minimum 10 years program management experience;5 years experience being on a rotary wing maintenance program managing aminimum of 75 personnel.+ Military system experience on rotary wingaircraft including gear box systems, blades and rotors.+ General program management experience includingcost, schedule and performance responsibility.+ Must hold a bachelors degree in management orrelated technical discipline desired.+ Secret Clearance required.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
