As an Alaska Native Corporation(ANC), 100% of our companys profits go back to our 14,300 Iupiat shareholdersthat have resided near and above the Arctic Circle for more than 10,000 years.Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival ofa culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Job Summary:**The successful candidatewill function as the Program Manager for all THAAD CLS Program**Responsibilities:**+ Responsible for the overall management and performance of THAAD programs.+ Responsible for all contractual and operational requirements.+ Oversee procurement and management of project supplies, parts, and equipment.+ Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and security requirements.+ Provide all required reports to the Customer and Corporate headquarters.+ Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and vendors+ Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.+ Manage efficient utilization of human resources assignment, performance, morale and overall welfare.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Must have security clearance SECRET level or higher+ 15 or more years of relevant experience to include 7 years of relevant supervisory experience in a complex program similar to the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)+ Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing maintenance operations.+ The ideal Program Manager is highly customer oriented and will have a combination of management ability, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities.**Desired Qualifications:**+ Air Defense Program Experience+ Bachelor's degree+ PMPThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
